Remember, when the ghouls and goblins tempt you with a deliciously sweet treat, just say no! If you are on the Whole 30 challenge, there is no better way to see what you are made of then bypassing on the bags of candy your kids may bring home. If you experience a craving, wait 5 minutes, then drink a glass of water, and then eat a piece of fruit. The sweetness of the fruit should help you kick the craving! Avoid the lure of temptation by having your kids hide the candy when they get it home. If you don’t have kids and are simply passing out treats, make the last kid to stop by your house, the luckiest on the block and give him/her what is left over.
